I recently had Precision Vision in Caldwell make & install prescription Polaroid lenses into my favorite Burberry sunglasses. Doug & Joanne were very friendly, helpful and most accommodating; the result was outstanding. This store runs like a family owned business with attention focused on excellent customer service.

One of the arms of my glasses broke off and I tried to fix it. I was able to find a replacement arm but was unable to install it because the inner spring mechanism of the arm did not allow me to align the holes. I had already given up on it when I found Precision Vision. They were very friendly, helpful and installed the replacement arm for me the same day. This saved my glasses! Super happy with the results. They won my business. Will be going back for any future eyeglasses needs. Thank you for your help!

I recently requested an adjustment to a pair of eyeglasses that I purchased there in 2015. Doug was very accommodating. Didn't matter that it's been almost 10 yrs. I really appreciated the face-to-face local customer service. Btw, his selection of frames is the widest I've scene on the wall of any vision care business. I need to expand my look and buy another pair of glasses. Geez, it's been 10 yrs. Thank you Precision Vision.
